From time to time we all come across issues affecting our community that need attention from one of the local authorities and public services. But it can be challenging to know how or to whom to report the problem.
In many cases we (CRA) can be of assistance, but it really helps if the matter is first reported by Residents. If CRA are then needed to provide a ‘nudge’ we can reference that it has already been reported adding weight to the matter.
So what is the best way to report issues?
A good place to start is the Reporting Issues page on the CRA website which you can find under the Our Village menu, or directly using this link Reporting Issues | Chorleywood Residents’ Association
On this page we provide direct links to the webpages for reporting issues for the three Councils – HCC, TRDC and CPC – with a list of the common items that they deal with. The HCC and TRDC pages guide you through the types of fault. The council websites have also been generally improved to better set out the services they provide. We have also included on this page contact information for some other organisations that provide local services.
