Firewalk Challenge

Michael Sobell Hospice Charity invite you to take part in a Firewalk Challenge on Friday 21st March at the Michael Sobell Centre (Mount Vernon Hospital, HA6 2RN)

Experienced trainers will guide you through the preparation process, teaching you the techniques to conquer the fire safely. You’ll learn how to focus your mind, channel your energy, and overcome any self-doubt. With their support, you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve.
