As previously reported a small active group of enthusiasts led by Three Rivers Cllr. Martin Trevett and our former CRA Chairman Owen Edis, are working hard to provide residents and schools with a community facility at Chorleywood station.  The museum will feature the history of Chorleywood, its signal box and railway using displays of photos, models, videos, information and equipment.

The project cannot make further progress without a legal lease of the facility from TfL. The team are appealing for help from anyone with some interest in the project who has a legal background with some experience in dealing with leases, to help the team move forward.

Please contact Martin (chairman@chorleywoodsignalbox.co.uk) or Owen (secretary@chorleywoodsignalbox.co.uk) if you can help to advance this worthwhile community project.

The first AGM for the group is to be held at Chorleywood Golf Club on Thursday 9th December at 7pm.  All interested are invited.  See the website www.chorleywoodsignalbox.co.uk for further information.
