Following consideration of the most recent additional documentation provided by the applicants, it is now expected that the applications to develop land east of Green Street will be considered by Three Rivers Planning Committee for an initial Issues Review in either June or July. Once any issues raised at this meeting have been investigated the applications will be considered for decision later in the year.
The current position for comments from the various specialist authorities is:
- HCC highways don’t object, subject to conditions.
- National Highways object to 800 unit scheme.
- Ecology need more information.
As soon as we have a definitive date for the Issues Review meeting or any more information on responses by the specialist authorities we will update residents.
