Many residents have enjoyed sitting in the Memorial Garden this year, it’s been heartening to see people of all ages sitting on the bench overlooking the rose beds. We maintain the Memorial Garden at the corner of Shire Lane and Whitelands Avenue, and also try our best to cut back The Parade’s hedges which impede visibility.
We’d really welcome more helpers with this maintenance. Please join our working parties, and help us improve our village centre!
