The Court

There are continuing concerns from residents about ongoing works at The Court, none of which seem to be commencing rebuilding of the Listed Building. On multiple occasions, concerns reported to the Parish Council have been passed onto the Enforcement Team at Three Rivers. As yet, investigations by the Enforcement Team have not identified any breaches of the existing Enforcement Notice and some works may be expected to secure the remains of the building.
 
We would urge anyone who sees unauthorised access to The Court to report any works, machinery, or vehicles they witnessed, or to provide photos via email to planning.enforcement@threerivers.gov.uk.
