  2. Only members of the Chorleywood Community may buy Monthly Draw tickets, by monthly or annual subscriptions for a minimum of one entry per month up to a maximum five entries per month per person.
  3. On subscribing the member will receive ticket(s) showing their name and the ticket number(s). Ticket(s) will remain valid for as long as the subscription payments continue.  The ticket details will be maintained by the EC for managing the monthly draws.
  4. Membership of the Monthly Draw starts from the date of the first subscription received by the CRA and continues until Rule 5 applies, or until terminated either by the member or by the EC for any reason.
  5. Membership of the Monthly Draw lapses if a member’s subscriptions cease or are not received.
  6. The Monthly Draw normally takes place at monthly EC meetings (or at the AGM in the case of that month’s draw). A minimum of three EC members must be present when the draw takes place.  Members may attend the prize draws on giving the EC seven days’ notice.
  7. Each month there will be three prizes of £10 and one of £50, except at the AGM and in December when there will be three prizes of £10 and one of £100. The prize values may be varied by the EC. Any changes will be notified via the CRA website and by other communication channels used by CRA.
  8. There are no prize roll-overs.
  9. Monthly Draw winner names will be recorded in the EC minutes and posted on the CRA website. Prize winners will be notified by email, phone or letter and the appropriate payment made by cheque or bank transfer.
  10. In the event of permanent discontinuance of the Monthly Draw by the EC for any reason, any subscriptions received in advance will be refunded. Termination of membership for any other reason will not entitle any member to a refund of any previous subscriptions.
  11. The Monthly Draw is administered by the EC, which is empowered to deal with all matters relating to the draw and its decisions in any matters relating to the administration of the draw will be final.
  12. The Monthly Draw has a separate bank account managed by the EC. Subscriptions are paid into, and prizes paid out from, this bank account. The Treasurer transfers surpluses from this account into the main CRA bank account from time to time for funding its activities.
