Chorleywood Aid for Ukraine

The war in Ukraine still has a huge impact on the lives of Ukrainian civilians not only by indiscriminate military action but by the major strains on health, on the disabled, the elderly and those with special needs, and on those who have lost their homes and families.

For seventeen months, Chorleywood Aid for Ukraine has raised funds, purchased supplies, collected donations of clothing and other essentials, and arranged for their shipment to Ukraine.

You have been kind and generous! Our village hosts Ukrainian visitors too, taking refuge here until they can return home. They are part of Chorleywood’s response, packing items to be sent to their homeland.

So we ask you again to help – by donating essential items, and funds to  purchase medical and hygiene supplies, food, and toys and educational supplies for affected children.
