CAFUKR continue to send both financial support and donated goods to the most needy in the Brovary area, just North of Kyiv. A shipment of specifically requested medical and baby items, to the value of £1,500, was delivered by car 2 weeks ago, from Chorleywood to Brovary in 4 days. The shipment also included tinned corned beef & sardines which were forwarded on to front line Ukrainian soldiers.
Saturday August 20th sees the largest shipment ever leaving for Irpin via Ukraine Relief Group, a consolidator at Royal Tunbridge Wells. Local MP Gagan Mohindra will be in attendance for the send off of ½ ton of donated aid.
CAFUKR thank the people of Chorleywood and surrounds for their generosity and ongoing support.
