Foam in the River Chess

Foam in the River Chess earlier this month is likely to have been caused by rogue fly tipping, according to Chair of the River Chess Association Paul Jennings. The incident, which arose downstream from the Chesham Sewage Treatment Works, is being investigated by Thames Water.
