We are expecting the Green Street applications first published last year to be going out for consultation again in the next month with a decision to be made around the middle of the year. The developers are currently working on providing information in response to statutory consultee concerns raised as part of the consultation last year, in particular around the impact on local road traffic. To allow residents a chance to examine the additional comments and any related changes, the applications will go through a full 30 day consultation with all residents able to provide any further comments they may wish to make. It is our understanding that comments previously made will still apply but we will check on this again once the consultation dates are available. We will issue further updates to residents as soon as we know anything more.
