Many of you will have noticed the welcome appearance of five new trees at the bottom of Blacketts Wood Drive. This is part of a broader initiative, with further trees expected to be planted on the road next year and (potentially) the year after.
The CRA Committee has been actively involved in this initiative in conjunction with Hertfordshire County Council, who are ultimately responsible for planting these new trees, which we hope will be a significant enhancement to our local environment.
The tree types have been specially selected so they do not grow too large and to provide attractive spring blossom.
