North Hill “Unsuitable for HGVs” signs visible at last!

We all know North Hill is very narrow and unsuitable for heavy vehicles, there were signs saying so at the Chorleywood and Sarratt ends. Trouble is the signs were small, often obscured by hedge growth, and one by St Clement Danes was facing the wrong way!   
 
Thanks to the dashcam evidence from a regular user of the road, we worked with her to get HCC’s attention. At last there are large signs at each end, all facing the right way! Now that HGV drivers are warned before it’s too late, we really hope drivers will take note and use more suitable routes.
