The first week in July was Antisocial Behaviour Awareness Week, ASB Awareness Week 2023. As part of this our local PCSO’s and PC’s spent two evenings in the village so they could introduce themselves to villagers and answer any concerns. It was good to see so many residents coming along to say hello.
It was also reassuring to hear how they had recently arrested two people in the middle of burglaries in The Clump. They are very aware of people’s concerns over burglaries in the area and are tackling it in various ways, one of which is having undercover police cars on patrol.
