This is the time of year when potholes appear as bad as ever. Fortunately, it’s also the time of year when Councils are using up their budgets for the year end. In our experience, HCC’s contractors review pothole requests promptly and if they deem action is required, they act quickly. We therefore urge residents to use their simple reporting tool using the link below:
Once you’ve registered the pothole, you should receive an email confirmation with your reference number. If the pothole is particularly dangerous, please feel free to forward your reference by email to lisa@chorleywoodresidents.co.uk and she will personally follow this up with the HCC’s contractors.
