We have been made aware of a couple of recent incidents in the village and on the Common, which appear to be conflicts between pupils from Chorleywood and Rickmansworth schools. We are hoping to liaise with our PCSO’s and ask them to increase their presence in the village, especially after schools finish for the day.

We are saddened to see that the growing number of groups hanging around the village, seem to bring with them increased litter, especially around the Memorial Garden. Recently, empty bottles of vodka were found, amongst numerous vape packets and other detritus.

For those of you who share our aversion to litter, we are holding another Litter Pick morning on the Common on Saturday 22nd April, 9.30am to 12.30pm.  We would love to see more volunteers!
