Stag Lane Zebra Crossing

We’re delighted to read that Chorleywood Primary will soon have a zebra crossing, according to the LibDem Chorleywood Voice newsletter.  This was part of the CRA’s targeted agenda for dangerous speeding areas in Chorleywood.  Chorleywood Primary School and the parents have been pressing for a zebra crossing for a long time, as has the CRA – it is an accident waiting to happen. We re-stressed this to Councillor Williams and to HCC’s Head of Highways recently, and were told soon after that implementation is due this year.  We have asked if it can be a raised zebra crossing, to make it more visible.
