This time of year is probably the best for birdlife at nearby Stocker’s Lake, near Rickmansworth and Friends of Stocker’s Lake (FoSL) will be hosting a number of events between now and Easter to help anyone interested in seeing and learning more about some of the spectacular birds that visit the reserve.
Events include
- “Wildfowl Walks” on 19th February (at 10.00am)
- “Heron and Egret Watch” on 26th March (from 1.00 to 4.00pm).
