Virgin Media have recently announced changes to the email services provided to their customers. You can read about this here.

The changes will impact anyone with a Virgin Media email account, including ntlworld.com, blueyonder.co.uk, virgin.net and virginmedia.com email addresses.

Customers may choose to retain their email address by agreeing to move their service to a third party, Junara, which incurs a 99p transfer fee granting a 12 or 18 months of email service free of charge. Some will choose to switch now or during this period to another provider such as gmail, which will give them a new email address and the current one will stop working.

Chorleywood Residents’ Association cannot provide advice on this change or email services in general. You should refer to the communications from Virgin Media.

CRA Newsletter Subscribers – If you are subscribing to this newsletter using one of the Virgin email addresses and decide to change email address, then please let me know by emailing mike@chorleywoodresidents.co.uk requesting that I update our mailing system so that you continue to receive our communications.
