Update on Development of 380 Dwellings Between Burtons Lane and Lodge Lane, Little Chalfont

Buckinghamshire Council have considered the proposals for this new development on Green Belt land south of Little Chalfont and have decided to refuse the application. The principal reason for the refusal was that the site is in Green Belt and that no very special circumstances exist to allow the development as Buckinghamshire are broadly delivering on their new home building targets in recent years.
