Village Day is always special, and July 12th was no exception. The sun shone, the birds sang and residents and families came out to join in the fun. Our postcards of old Chorleywood were very popular, and Jon Bishop briefed many residents about the 5 new sites put forward for consideration by TRDC – see the Local Plan item below for important information on them!
Our Station Game raffle was very popular. The lucky winner had picked Farringdon, and collected our lovely hamper with his granddaughter. At the end of the day, CPC Chair Steve Watkins presented our Committee colleague Mike Stansfield with his well-deserved Chorleywood Champion award. Mike supports so many local causes, he’s a true champion!
