The LCWIP consultation – Chorleywood had its say!

Our thanks to all who responded to the HCC / TRDC consultation on their LCWIP* proposals. We worked hard to get news of the consultation out; our call for a letter to every household was rejected on cost grounds.
 
We thought it vital that everyone knew about the significant proposals affecting our roads, and did everything we could to spread the word. Residents responded en masse! Now we will work hard to make sure your views count in HCC and TRDC’s decisions. 
 
*LCWIP = Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan. The objectives are good, but the ideas proposed appeared to be drawn up without knowledge of Chorleywood or consultation with our residents.  Read more about LCWIP on our website.
