Did you know that you can get automatic reminder emails from TRDC telling you about forthcoming collections, and which bins to put out? This is part of their email update service which is free to register and receive.

If you haven’t already subscribed, then go to https://www.threerivers.gov.uk/ and when prompted enter your email address.

As part of the registration process you are presented with a list of Subscriptions Topics which can be selected. Scroll down and tick “Bin Collections”. You will then need to confirm which day your bins are normally collected, and once submitted you will get an email the day before with a reminder of which bins to put out.

If you are already subscribed to the email service but not receiving these emails, then you can change your selections by signing into to the Self Service portal.

In addition to Bin Collections there are a range of other topics that can be chosen to include in updates from TRDC.
