On the 9th September, the High Court in London issued an order that no works can be undertaken on The Court or the associated lodges without the prior grant of listed building consent by the TRDC or the Secretary of State and that all equipment on the site must be removed and no further equipment taken onto site without prior agreement by TRDC. This replaces the temporary Stop Notice that was due to end shortly. Breaching the order can result in a heavy fine or imprisonment.

We will monitor the granting of any applications for listed building consent and report through our regular Updates on Planning. If you do see any activity on the site that appears to contravene the order, please report this through planning.enforcement@threerivers.gov.uk.
