Our Annual Community meeting on Wednesday was great fun. The AGM business was soon dealt with, and all the Resolutions were passed unanimously, thanks!
Our guest speaker, Cider Club Founder and Chairman Dick Mander, told us all about how the Chorleywood Cider Club makes such excellent cider. Free welcome drinks including cider had whetted many appetites, and the Club’s Cider and Apple Juice was available to take home afterwards.
Dick’s talk was both fascinating and amusing – who knew cider-making is such an amazing process? Dick ended with a flourish, singing the Cider Club anthem with Viv Bartlett. It went down a storm! Thanks Dick, and Viv, for cheering us on our way home with a song. |
