Being asked to renew your listing in the “Chorleywood Parish Business Directory”?

CRA recently started receiving daily emails from “Chorleywood Parish” saying our listing in the “Chorleywood Parish Business Directory” will expire soon. The renewal button asks for an annual fee payable to Parish.uk Network.
 
We checked with Chorleywood Parish Council (CPC), who confirmed this request is nothing to do with them. This is not localised to Chorleywood Parish and the National Association of Local Councils (NALC) have issued a statement that “Parish.uk Network are not an organisation with any links to NALC, the LGA or Government.”  
 
You may be receiving similar renewal emails. If you are, to be clear they are not from our Parish Council, and you do not owe CPC any renewal fee. Contact us at enquiries@chorleywoodresidents.co.uk if you want to discuss.
