CAFU are sad to report that a large fire has affected their storage facility in Brovary, near Kyiv, operated by colleagues at “From Dreams to Reality”, a Ukraine registered charity.

Damage is significant and includes medicines sent by Kent Relief. The building is no longer usable, and the landlord has asked for the Ukraine charity to vacate. Therefore we have suspended the collection of local aid from Saturday March 21st onwards. For further information please refer to the Needed page on the CAFU website.

Thank you for your support!

On 24th February the world marked the fourth anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine.

Here in Chorleywood, by invitation of the Parish Council and with the advice of Mindy, CAFU decorated our “community phone box” as a reminder of the continuing need to assist in relieving those who are suffering as a consequence of the war.
