Over a month ago we noticed and reported a persistent leak from the drain at the bottom of Shire Lane, by the Memorial garden, creating a sheet of water across Whitelands Avenue which would be very dangerous in icy weather.
We’re pleased to confirm that both Affinity Water and Herts County Council are now working together on it.
We’re hoping it will be sorted very soon.
