Uncertainties continue for Vodafone and other users of its network (Lebara, Asda). After a long period with no signal in Chorleywood, a weakish signal has now been reinstated.
Lebara is paying compensation and waiving exit fees. It is understood Vodafone is awaiting full resolution of the problem before doing so. But already some network customers have gone elsewhere.
The fault is understood to involve a damaged mast on the Amersham Road. It is not clear if all parts of Chorleywood have been equally hard hit.
