New Local Plan – Final Public Consultation to Commence by end of July

The final public consultation on the new Local Plan for Three Rivers, called a Regulation 19 Consultation, will commence in the last week of July and is expected to run until 25th September. This will be the last chance for the public to make their views known on new planning policies for the District and the list of major sites proposed to be developed over the next 15 years. 

Once the proposals are published, we will provide residents with a briefing on the proposals and how to respond to it. Together with the Parish, it is also planned to organise “surgeries” so that residents with questions or concerns can talk to us and local councillors.
