In last month’s newsletter we reported that members of Chorleywood u3a would be taking part in sponsored walks to raise money for Mission EmployAble. The walks were over a range of distances between 3 and 15 miles, with also a “Furry Friends” 2.5 mile dog walk option!
Members of the walking groups – Amblers, Strollers and Striders – as well as members from across the organisation took part.
Together they raised more than £12,800 for Mission EmployAble !!!!
Joining Chorleywood u3a is quick and easy using the Join Us page of the website. Membership is just £25 for the membership year to 31st August 2027. |
