For regular commuters, there is a sense that announcements of a ‘defective train in the Neasden area’ (or similar) is becoming all too common. Usually accompanied by the dreaded ‘this train will now be terminating at Harrow-on-the-Hill’. What follows is a chaotic, frustrating and much delayed journey.
For anybody experiencing similar issues and keen to understand what is going on, there is a meeting of the Federation of Metropolitan Line User Committees (FOMLUC) on November 3rd at 6.30-7.30pm in Chesham Town Hall.
It’s a chance to share opinions and form a consolidated position for future engagement with London Underground.
