An article by Ray Krystofiak

“A few months ago, I was finding spiders around our flat, ants in our borders, wild bees and wasps near our roof and beetles queuing up on our patio attempting to invade our living space. Why was this happening on an ever-increasing scale year on year I asked my wife? (She has an answer to everything). It’s because they have nowhere else to go, she said, so you need to sort this out. To avoid another domestic, I decided to apply some root cause analysis to overcome this ongoing invasion. I had to offer these bugs some accommodation appropriate to their needs.

Hence, the seeds were sown for my Bug Villa. My original intention was to knock something up over a weekend – that was back in April and I am still working on it! Most of the materials originate from skips and waste that people have left in alleyways.”
