The Chiltern Open Air Museum has a packed programme of events and activities over the coming months including the Viking Raid on Sunday 24th and Monday 25th August.

Viking Raid at COAM this bank holiday 24th and 25th August

Don’t miss the chance to see The Longest Yarn 2: Britain at War which is on display at the Museum but only until 31st August. This is a spectacular 60-metre knitted and crocheted tapestry marking 80 years since Victory in Europe (VE) Day. Each three-dimensional panel, lovingly stitched by talented volunteer makers, weaves stories of courage, resolve, and everyday life on the British home front during World War II.

There are also demonstrations, workshops, guided tours and other things to do.  See https://www.coam.org.uk/events for an up to date calendar.
