Message from Woodoaks Farm about Bottom Wood

Residents may have noticed and been concerned about trees being felled in Bottom Wood (aka No Dragon Wood). We were concerned also, but reassured by a message from Woodoaks Farm about the works.

The trees being felled have been suffering from ash dieback, a disease that has spread across Britain over the past decade. The works are being undertaken by professional woodland managers, following surveys and formal permissions.
